Itinerary

    On arrival at Pafos or Larnaca international airport welcome and transfer to and drop off to selected hotel for check-in. 

    Morning:
    • Visit the Trachoni Medflora Museum to discover the significance of Cyprus diverse flora in traditional remedies and food.
    • Guided tour of the Cyprus Wine Museum in Erimi, highlighting the history of Cypriot winemaking and the renowned Commandaria wine, followed by a tasting.
    Afternoon:
    • Travel to Anogyra village, a hub of Cypriot culinary heritage.
         o Explore the Carob Museum and Pastelopoiio, learning about carobs importance in Cypriot history and tasting carob-based sweets.
         o Visit the Oleastro Olive Oil Museum for a guided tour and olive oil tasting, featuring fresh bread and local dips.
    Evening:
    • Return to Limassol and enjoy a free evening.
     

    Morning:
    • Travel to Nicosia, the capital of Cyprus.
    • Guided tour of historic landmarks:
         o St. Johns Cathedral, showcasing impressive frescoes.
         o Famagusta Gate, one of the citys Venetian walls.
    Afternoon:
    • Walking food tour through Nicosias traditional eateries:
         o Sample cheese pies, traditional biscuits, loukoumades (honey-soaked doughnuts), and lachmatzoun (Middle Eastern flatbread).
    • Enjoy a late lunch featuring local delicacies from the tour.
    Evening:
    • Return to Limassol and relax at the hotel.

    Morning:
    • Travel to Delikipos village for an anari and halloumi workshop. Learn the traditional process of cheese-making and enjoy a fresh brunch featuring your creations.
    • Visit the Luniana Botanical Gardens at Kornos village, where you will experience:
         o A herbal tea session showcasing local plants.
         o A botanical experience that highlights the importance of herbs in Cypriot cuisine.
         o Kolokotes (pumpkin pie) baking workshop in a traditional wooden oven.
    Afternoon:
    • Explore the Choirokoitia ancient settlement, a UNESCO World Heritage site, to understand early Cypriot life.
    • Participate in a basket weaving workshop, learning this time-honored craft.
    Evening:
    • Head to Zygi, a coastal village, for a traditional fish dinner at a renowned seaside tavern.

    At the appropriate time, transfer to Pafos or Larnaca Airport
