Itinerary

On arrival at Pafos or Larnaca international airport welcome and transfer to and drop off to selected hotel for check-in in Pafos. 
Afternoon:
• Group arrival at the hotel.
• Welcome tea ceremony with a brief introduction to the retreats polyethnic theme. 
• Ice-breaking session to foster group connection.
Evening:
• Gentle Yin Yoga session for grounding and relaxation.
• Zen-inspired mindfulness practice focus on silence Meditation 
• Opening dinner with globally inspired vegetarian cuisine

Morning:
•  Hatha poses to energize and awaken.
• Guided meditation: Indian-inspired mantra chanting to harmonize the mind and body.
• Breakfast.
Late Morning:

• Kundalini yoga session: Breathwork (pranayama) 
• Mandalas 
Afternoon:
• Light lunch followed by optional free time or a sea bathing
