On arrival at Pafos or Larnaca international airport welcome and transfer to and drop off to selected hotel for check-in.

Arrival at a wellness resort surrounded by nature. Welcome herbal teas inspired by Hippocrates medicinal practices.
Evening:
Grounding yoga session to ease into the retreat. Focus: gentle stretching and relaxation.
Dinner: Group welcome dinner featuring nutrient-rich, Mediterranean-inspired dishes.
Morning: Sunrise yoga focusing on detoxifying twists and energizing breathwork, Meditation.
Late Morning: Workshop: Hippocratic Health Principles: The Art of Living Well, covering diet, movement, and balance.
Afternoon: Spa therapy: Choose between a Hippocratic detoxifying body wrap or an aromatherapy massage (optional).
Evening: Light dinner.
Morning: Visit Aphrodite’s Rock for a water cleansing ritual inspired by ancient rejuvenation practices, storytelling session inspired by the myth of Aphrodite.

Late Morning: Guided visit to Sanctuary of Aphrodite and Kouklia museum
• The guide will lead the group through the remains of the Temple of Aphrodite, explaining its role in ancient worship rituals and ceremonies.
• Explore the Kouklia Museum (in a beautifully restored medieval manor), where group members will see fascinating artifacts, statues, pottery, and inscriptions. The guide will provide background on how these artifacts reveal ancient beliefs and daily life in Kouklia.
• After the tour, unwind in the Kouklia village square at a traditional café.
Afternoon: Rest and optional one-on-one wellness consultations.
