Itinerary

On arrival at Pafos or Larnaca international airport welcome and transfer to and drop off to one of our selected partnering hotel for check-in.

• Grounding Yoga: A gentle session focusing on connecting with the earth and setting intentions for transformation.
• Group circle: Introducing the New You– a guided sharing session.
• Dinner featuring fresh, organic cuisine.

• Detox Yoga: Focus on twists and flows to aid in cleansing the body.
• Mindful breakfast with a discussion on nourishing foods.
Late Morning: Workshop: Holistic Nutrition for Wellness and Longevity.

• Visit a traditional Cypriot village to learn about ancient herbal remedies.

• Healthy Dinner

At the appropriate time, transfer to Pafos or Larnaca Airport.
