- Air Tickets: Booking and issuing flights for individual and group travellers.

- Hotel Reservations: Accommodation booking for individuals and groups.
2. Booking and Payments
2.1. Booking Confirmation:
All bookings are subject to availability. A confirmation email or contract will be provided upon successful reservation.
2.2. Payment Terms:
- A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service.
- Payments must be made by the deadlines specified in your booking confirmation.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, credit cards, or other methods outlined in your agreement.
2.3. Late Payments:

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. Cancellation by the Client:
- Cancellation terms and fees vary based on the type of service and booking conditions.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days, minus administrative and cancellation fees.
3.2. Cancellation by Qualiday Travel:
- In rare cases, we may cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds will be provided, or alternative arrangements will be offered.
3.3. Non-Refundable Components:
- Certain services, such as air tickets or promotional packages, may be non-refundable. Details will be specified in the booking confirmation.
4. Changes to Bookings
4.1. Changes initiated by the client (dates, participants, or other details) may incur additional fees and depend on availability.
4.2. Changes by Qualiday Travel will be communicated promptly, with alternatives provided whenever possible.
5. Responsibilities and Liability
5.1. Client Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information for bookings.
- Comply with local laws, customs, and regulations during tours.
- Arrive on time for scheduled transfers, excursions, and activities.
5.2. Qualiday Travel Responsibilities:
We are committed to ensuring that all services are delivered as agreed. However, we cannot be held liable for:
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or political disruptions.
- Losses or damages resulting from third-party services, including airlines and hotels.
6. Special Requests
Any special requests (e.g., dietary requirements, room preferences) must be communicated at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate such requests, they cannot be guaranteed.
7. Travel Documents and Requirements
7.1. Passports and Visas:
- It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents and meet the entry requirements of their destination.
7.2. Health and Safety:
- Travelers should consult their doctor for vaccinations or health precautions specific to the destination.
8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Cypriot courts.
