For the purposes of this policy, Qualiday Travel Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "QUALIDAY" is the controller of personal data. «Processors' means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller (Art. 4(8) GDPR).

"Data subject" means a natural person to whom the data refer and who is known or can be identified can be identified directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural, political or social identity.

"Legal basis" is in accordance with Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation the basis on which Personal Data is processed.
